Teacher Korea Consulting ("we", "us") is a private matching service connecting foreign teachers with schools and academies in Korea. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.

1. What we collect

• Application information you submit through our forms or by email — such as your name, email address, nationality, education, teaching experience, and preferences about location or school type.
• School inquiries — contact details and hiring needs submitted by schools or academies.
• Correspondence — emails and messages you send us (including Instagram DMs).

We do not collect payment information from teachers. Our service is free for teachers.

2. How we use it

• To assess your eligibility and match you with suitable schools.
• To communicate with you about your application, matches, and next steps.
• To arrange legal consultations with our partnered Korean law firm, when you request them.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Who we share it with

• Candidate schools — we share relevant parts of your profile with a school only as part of the matching process, and we tell you which school before an interview is arranged.
• Our partnered law firm — only when you ask for a legal consultation.
• Service providers — we use Tally (form hosting) and Google (email) to operate. Your form responses are processed by these providers under their own privacy policies.

4. How long we keep it

We keep application information while your application is active and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can contact you about future opportunities. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

5. Your choices

Email us at teacherkorea.consulting@gmail.com to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to withdraw your application. We will respond as quickly as we can.

6. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above.
